Privacy is a top priority for Archer, and we want you to be in control of your information. If you would like to download a copy of your data, please review the information below for options available to you.
If you have an active Archer account and would like to request a copy of your personal data, please visit https://account.archerapp.com/ to submit your request using our Download My Data tool.
If you closed your Archer account, can’t log in, or are having trouble using the Download My Data tool, you can contact us directly to request a copy of your data.
Exports are typically ready within 30 days, but may take longer depending on how large the file is and the volume of requests we receive. Your data will be available for 48 hours before it expires in protection of your privacy and security.
Please keep in mind that not all data is accessible: for example, your data export will not include personal information about other Archer members you interacted with, to help ensure their privacy and safety. Additionally, data that has already been deleted in accordance with Archer’s Privacy Policy is not available for export.
